Solicitor

Alison qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and has specialised in family law since then. She has experience in dealing with all aspects of family law, including divorce and separation, ancillary relief, children matters, injunctions and issues concerning unmarried families.

Alison works to the Resolution Code of Practice which encourages a constructive and non confrontational approach wherever possible. She does not hesitate, however, to issue court proceedings where such an approach does not resolve matters or if urgent action is required.

Outside of work, Alison is a busy mum of two young children. She is a trustee and volunteer for Home Start Central Beds which supports families with young children.
